Before leaving

In this part, I will give you a lot of advices. Please follow this recommandations because they are really important. If you do it, your trip in London will be more easy.

1. Documents

You will need some documents in England, like your ID card. With this documents you will open a bank account more easily for exemple. Pay attention to what your teacher will say on this subject.

2. Clothes

If you want to work in a hotel or a restaurant, you will probably need a black trouser, a white shirt and a bow tie. Most of time the trial is the same day as the interview, if you already have all this clothes it will be less stressing for you.

Some shop, restaurant, Hotel... are only searching good-looking staff. So if you go there with a suit, you will increase your probability to be taken.

3. After your arrival

My first advice is to buy a weeky travelcard. During the first week, you will travel a lot in your job searches. If you do it, you will spare a lot of money and it is important when you have no income.
